Denver, Colorado – September 12, 2023 – Forum Capital Advisors LLC (“Forum”) , a Denver-based real estate investment and asset management firm, announced that it has closed on a $7 million preferred equity investment supporting the construction of a 288-unit multifamily development in Bethlehem (Atlanta), GA .
”Forum is thrilled to support what we believe to be a well-located development project in one of Georgia’s innovation hubs,” said Ross Macdonald, Senior Director – Investments.
The Forum-sponsored project will be the multifamily component of Gateway at University Parkway, a large, mixed-use development situated on Exchange Circle near University Parkway in Bethlehem ( Barrow County) with close proximity to Interstate 85 and the city of Atlanta. Gateway at University Parkway is expected to include for-sale residential and retail, as well as a 56-bed medical facility. In addition, the project sits just six miles west of the Rowen, a new, networked community anchored by medical, environmental and agricultural drivers, with a goal to create over 80,000 diverse jobs for the area.
